Frank Zhang is the exclusive Asian market agent for Amnion Animal Science. As a senior partner in Longan Law Firm, with principal offices in Beijing, Mr. Zhang has represented both foreign and Chinese clients in the areas of intellectual property rights, foreign direct investment, international trade and other areas. He has represented hundreds of foreign clients in setting up their businesses in China in the forms of Representative Office, Joint Venture or Wholly Foreign-Owned Enterprise.
Mr. Zhang brings to the board extensive experience in international trade practice, having exclusively represented a US based firm in a $400 million trade dispute.
